In Memphis, ribs are traditionally prepared and served with a dry rub. This doesn’t mean that the ribs are dry and tough, they just aren’t wet with a sauce but this dry rub is packed with flavor. You can also use this dry rub to season hamburgers.
NOTE: When applying a dry rub to brisket remember to work the rub into the meat anywhere it is exposed.
