This is great all-purpose poultry rub. It works well on grilled or baked chicken, all game birds, and as a dry rub for deep fried turkey. The Hungarian Paprika provides a much richer, sweeter flavor.
Ingredients:
Black Pepper
Celery Salt
Sugar
Onion Powder
Dry Mustard
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic
Recommendation: Add 2 tablespoons of lemon zest to enhance the flavor of the rub.
